5. Construction Linked Payment Plan
Payments for booked units shall be made according to the following Construction Linked Payment Plan.

| On Completion of Structure | 15% + GST |
| On Start of Tile Work | 10% + GST |
| On Offer of Possession | 5% + GST + Stamp Duty + Registration Charges + Other Charges (if applicable) |
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Allottee
The Allottee shall have the right to cancel or withdraw the allotment in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).
As mentioned on builder buyer agreement.
7. Privacy
Any personal information collected through this website shall be handled in accordance with the Rosero Group Privacy Policy.
